In collaboration with the International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care (ISNCC), the 2025 Cancer Nurses Society of Australia (CNSA) Annual Congress brought together cancer nurses from across Australia and around the globe for a powerful three-day program focused on connection, education, and leadership in cancer care.
This event required careful management of scientific content, sponsor and exhibitor engagement, and complex logistics, all delivered to ensure a seamless and engaging delegate experience.
Chilli Fox Events was proud to manage the end-to-end delivery of this large-scale and highly complex event, which included:
Over 750 abstract submissions, delivered across two submission stages
152 poster presentations, 43 Rapid Oral presentations, and 124 Oral presentations
A dynamic scientific program featuring 6 concurrent streams, 5 plenary sessions, and 6 sponsored breakfast sessions
A large industry exhibition with over 70 exhibition booths, showcasing a mix of pharmaceutical companies, medical device suppliers, skincare brands, and not-for-profit support organisations
Multiple social and networking events, including two networking functions, a Gala Dinner, and a sponsored hosted educational dinner
Coordination of an offsite tour of the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute
