The CNSA 2026 Congress will be held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, 17 - 19 June 2026. The exhibition will be held on level three of the centre in the Bellevue Ballroom, adjacent to the Congress Plenary Hall.

  • Exhibition Booth Inclusions

    Exhibitors are entitled to the following as part of the standard package;

    1 x 3m x 3m booth with white high smooth finish walls (3m x 2m for NFP booths)

    1 x printed fascia sign per aisle opening frontage featuring stand number and company name

    2 x spotlights per booth

    1 x single 4amp power point

    1 x clothed trestle table and 2 chairs for NFP booths only (these will be supplied by the exhibition company and arranged via the Congress Organiser)

    NB - There is no furniture provided with the standard booths. Perth Expo Hire will be in contact with all exhibitors to sign off on fascia signage and discuss your individual furniture/AV requirements.

    Custom Stands 

    If you are having a custom stand and are hiring your own display builder, please inform Chilli Fox Events and PEH of the name and contact details of your builder. Please forward this information to them and ask them to contact Chilli Fox Events directly (kate@chillifoxevents.com.au), as all plans must be approved by the organiser and the venue before they can be built.

    NOTE: unless approved by the organiser, the height build for stands is 2.48 metres.

  • Wednesday 17 June 2026

    06:00am - PEH build to commence
    13:00pm - All builds to be completed and freight to be delivered to stands
    13:00pm - Exhibitors move in (stand set up)  *
    16:00pm - All stands to be ready for final exhibition clean
    17:00pm - Show opens for the Welcome Reception (17:00pm - 19:00pm) - All stands must be completely dressed and excess rubbish removed by 16:30pm.

    *  Access to the exhibition area for exhibitor move-in will only be available during this time (unless pre-arranged with the Organiser).

    * As it’s considered a construction area, exhibitors MUST wear high visibility vests and closed toe footwear. High Visibility vests are not supplied by the Organiser or Venue – it is your responsibility to bring your own vests. 

    * All freight will be delivered direct to stands by the venue, unless forklifting is required.  The only exceptions will be materials that can be carried in by hand, such as banners or boxes of flyers.

Exhibitor Information

Please click here to view the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre Exhibitor Manual, containing further information about the catering, services and equipment available at the Centre. Please pay particular attention to page 13 of the document, which covers electrical guidelines. All portable electrical equipment, appliances and leads used on site must be tested and tagged in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996 and Australian Standard 3760-2000 prior to entering The Centre.

Exhibitor Service Centre

This online portal allows exhibitors to process orders (such as catering and on-stand hospitality) and make payments in one place. The link for the portal can be found on the Exhibitors page of the PCEC website – click login and select the event from the event listing to place an order.


Please note that coffee carts are a sponsorship item – please contact the organiser to discuss this sponsorship item.

  • PCEC will only accept exhibitor deliveries on the day of bump in (Wednesday 17th June) due to limited storage space available in their loading dock. They also cannot sign for exhibitor goods, so it is preferred that Exhibitors are available onsite to sign for goods.

    The exhibitor delivery notice must be attached to every item - Delivery notices can be found on the PCEC website, click here to download the delivery notice.

  • Exhibitors must complete & display on each item a pick-up notice prior to their departure which can be found on the PCEC website, click here to download. Any items/materials remaining will be considered rubbish and will be disposed of and charges will be passed on to the Exhibitor.

    Courier companies should be instructed to pick up post event freight from the PCEC loading dock on Friday 19th June (after 3.30pm).

  • Should you wish to engage the services of a freight forwarding service to handle your delivery and collection logistics for the conference, we recommend CTL Fairs & Exhibitions, they offer the following services:

    • All local, interstate and international transport services including delivery to Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre Loading Dock

    • Early delivery of exhibitor goods by courier in lead up to event to storage facility and delivery on day of event to Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre Loading Dock

    • For international exhibitors, a comprehensive international freight forwarding service tailored to each particular exhibitor’s requirements.

Registrations and Entitlements

All company personnel attending the congress must be registered via the online registration system.

The following entitlements apply for supporters and exhibitors;

  • Major Congress Partner - 5 complimentary registrations

  • Congress Partner – 3 complimentary registrations 

  • Exhibitor - 2 complimentary registrations per booth

Additional Company Representatives: $600 (before 1 April) and $780 after 1 April.

All registrations include the Welcome Reception, Networking Hour, catering and entrance to all congress sessions (apart from the sponsored sessions)

The Congress social functions provide excellent networking opportunities and we encourage all exhibitors and supporters to attend.

How to Register

  1. Click the “Book Now” button on the Congress Website

  2. Create a user profile
    Before registering, you will need to quickly set up a user profile (if you don’t already have one) in the system (this only takes a minute and is required the first time you access the platform).

  3. Select the correct registration category

    • Exhibitor/Sponsor Complimentary – for your included registrations (2 per booth)

    • Additional Exhibitor – for any extra staff once the complimentary registrations have been used

  4. CNSA members who are also exhibitors
    If you are both a CNSA member and part of your organisation’s exhibition team, simply log in using your membership credentials and select the Exhibitor/Sponsor Complimentary registration category.

  5. Pre-Congress Symposium registration

If you would like to attend a pre-congress symposium, when you register, you can add it to your booking at the discounted rate of $150 (CNSA early bird member price)

  • Name badges will be required at all times. The organisers and the venue cannot take responsibility for items left in the exhibition area unattended. Exhibitors are advised to remove any valuable items such as laptops and iPads from their stands outside of exhibition opening hours.

  • All exhibitors must have a Public Liability Insurance Policy (minimum $10m) for the period of the exhibition and must be able to produce a Certificate of Currency immediately at the request of the organiser.  You are requested to send a copy of your certificate to Chilli Fox Events prior to the Congress.
